If your order has arrived damaged, I will replace the item(s) for you as long as you can take a picture of the item AND packaging within 36 hours of the tracking showing as "delivered."
I use my connected Shippo account to automatically import provided addresses. If your package is showing as "delivered," but did not arrive at your address, you need to use the appropriate "lost package" report protocol for the respective shipping provider.

If you have placed an order that has not shipped yet, you may e-mail me to receive store credit only. I will cancel the current order without a refund, and provide a one-time use discount code. It will only be useable by you through your e-mail address. I've only had someone claim that their code was "stolen" one time, but it cost me enough to take extra precautions. I appreciate the understanding. :)
